2. Fiduciary & Account Responsibilities

Account holders are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. All deposit transactions and withdrawal instructions executed under an authenticated account session are deemed authorized by the account owner.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom. Any legal proceedings arising under this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Liechtenstein.
